If you’re trying to become a parent, pregnant, navigating postpartum, or facing the heartbreak of loss, I want you to know: you don’t have to do this alone. These moments—full of hope, fear, joy, and grief—can be really tough. And it’s completely okay to feel all of it.

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders

Struggling emotionally during pregnancy or after birth can feel incredibly isolating—especially when it seems like everyone else is coping just fine. You might be overwhelmed with anxiety, sadness, intrusive thoughts, or simply not feeling like yourself—and wondering if you're the only one. The truth is, you're not alone, and there's nothing wrong with you. These experiences are more common than most people talk about, and you deserve support that’s compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in real understanding.

Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders—like postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, or birth trauma—are more common than many realize, and they are nothing to be ashamed of.

In therapy, you’ll have a compassionate space to show up just as you are. We’ll move at your pace, making room for your emotions and experiences. My approach is relational and based in trust and safety—I’ll walk alongside you as we navigate this season together. With support, insight, and connection, it’s possible to feel more like yourself again and work towards wellness.
