Life Transitions/Anxiety/Depression

You might be thinking, “I’m not pregnant, trying to conceive, or parenting—can you still help?” The answer is: absolutely.


While I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, I also work with adults navigating a wide range of life experiences. Therapy doesn’t require a specific diagnosis or crisis—it’s a space for reflection, growth, healing, and support, no matter where you are in your life.


Life doesn’t always follow the script we imagined. Even the changes we’ve chosen—like ending a relationship, starting a new job, moving to a new city, or receiving a medical diagnosis—can shake us up emotionally. You may find yourself feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward.

You might be noticing shifts in identity, wrestling with uncertainty, or just feeling disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to wait for a breaking point to reach out.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported, and make sense of what’s happening. Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, chronic illness, or the quiet discontent that’s hard to name, we can explore it together. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in the belief that you already hold wisdom and resilience—we’ll just work together to reconnect with it.
