About Me

My Approach to Therapy

I believe therapy is a deeply human, collaborative process—one that honors you as the expert of your own experience. 


Grounded in a humanistic and person-centered approach, I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to walk alongside you with genuine empathy and curiosity, meeting you exactly where you are without judgment or pressure.


Because every person and every journey is unique, I draw from a range of approaches to tailor therapy to what feels most supportive and effective for you.


I integrate Brainspotting, a gentle, brain-based technique that helps access and release difficult emotions held in the body—especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, and overwhelm. Alongside this, I use somatic methods that focus on the mind-body connection, helping you reconnect with your body and its wisdom during times of stress or healing.


My style is eclectic, blending different modalities and interventions based on your needs and preferences. This means therapy is flexible and responsive, shaped by your goals and pace. Whether you’re navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, grief, or other life transitions, I’m here to support your whole self—mind, body, and heart—through this journey.
